Conditions of use

The following products can be used with the Supreme application, which each include the free of charge basic functions, and optional premium functions:

This fully free of charge software requires an additional registration:

2.    Supreme Tweet

1. Supreme Auction

1.1. Function

Supreme Auction is an eBay Listing Service. The application available online and offline collects all data required for an eBay offer, and joins it with attractive additional Supreme functions and designs. Subsequently the data is transferred to eBay, or provided as a code. Supreme takes over the hosting of all files.

1.2 Tariff modules

a) Free of charge

The basic version of Supreme Auction is completely free of charge. It includes the full creation of eBay offers including the free of charge additional Supreme functions and 100 designs (Basic-designs).

Commercial customers (for example power sellers) are only allowed to use the free of charge software with 25 offers per month and up in the business tariff (see 1.1.2 b,c,d) or with written consent of Supreme.

b) Premium

In addition to the free of charge basic functions there are premium functions that are charged with single amounts. These can be settled per piece prepaid or by lump sum via a flatrate. An overview of the free of charge features and prices for the premium features can be viewed on this website:

i. Prepaid

Customers can charge the Supreme prepaid account opened with the registration with credit. There are different offers with rebates available. Further information can be obtained on this website, in the GTC as well as in the booking dialogues:

ii. Flatrate

The flatrate is a fixed monthly lump sum at which all Supreme Auction premium functions can be used.  The $ 1-offer enables you to test the respective Supreme Flatrate for 30 days at an especially good price (test phase not for Power- , Supreme- and Individual Flat). If no cancellation is done after 14 days, the membership liable for payment is extended by one month after the reduced 30-day test period. The cancellation period is two weeks prior to the expiration of the membership as of this time. New functions that are offered for the first time after beginning of the membership are voluntary services within the flatrate and can be excluded here from.

The flatrate can be conveniently cancelled at anytime. You will receive an automatic confirmation via email.
All in all, the customers have four different flatrate tariffs to choose from:

- Supreme Auction Flatrate (a)
- Supreme Business – Power Flatrate (b)
- Supreme Business – Supreme Flatrate (c)
- Supreme Individual (d)

(a) The Supreme Auction Flatrate at a price amounting to $ 7,80 per month is only available to private customers. The flatrate enables private customers the unlimited use of all Supreme Auction Premium features. The price will be debited on the day of booking and then every 30 days up to cancellation. The respective premium service can be cancelled anytime. The duration of the contract is 30 days each.

Private sellers, who list more than 100 auctions per year, need to prove on request that no commercial use is intended. In case of non-compliance the commercial use without agreement or corresponding tariff is punished with a penalty of $ 1200,00.

This flatrate tariff does not contain the export function. It is only available in the Business Flatrate-tariffs.

(b) The Supreme Powerseller Flatrate “Power Flat” contains an additional export function apart from the usual functions. This allows the use of the Supreme Designs in external eBay logistic systems. The flatrate is available for all customers at a monthly price of $ 49.95. With this tariff, you can list up to 100 offers per month on eBay. Thereby, it is irrelevant how many articles an offer contains or whether it is an auction, an eBay shop or a “Buy Now” article. If you list more offers on eBay than allowed for per month in the packet, Supreme will charge $0.99 for each further offer listed on eBay. The membership fee is due and debited monthly in advance.

In the event that a private customer flatrate has already been booked, the contract will be upgraded and the monthly amount due will be adjusted to the new Power Flatrate tariff for the new period. A repeated test period of 30 days is not available. The test period of the private customer flatrate expires with the booking.

(c) The conditions of the Supreme Powerseller Flatrate “Supreme Flat” are analogical to (5d). Merely the volume and the monthly charges are different. The flatrate is available at a monthly price of $ 149.95 and allows up to 400 offers to be listed on eBay per month.

(d) Apart from the standard tariffs for commercial sellers, Supreme also offers individual tariffs upon agreement. The agreement relates solely to price and quantity – if not otherwise arranged in writing. All other contractual terms from point 1 and these GTC in general remain unaffected.

1.3 Saving period

Projects and media are saved for 60 days after upload in the basic version, in the prepaid model, and in the private customer tariff (a). The Business-tariffs (b) (c) and (d) the data is saved for 12 months or up to cancellation. Supreme reserves the right to limit the memory amount.

2. Supreme Widgets

Supreme Widgets are individual modules that support eCommerce. The Marketing, Media, or Content-Widgets can be created, administered, exported to eBay with an easy to use online assistant. Supreme takes over the entire hosting.

2.1 Free of charge

Every Widget-category has a template that is available free of charge for one project with the respective standard configuration. A project is a saved Widget-configuration that can be used for example on eBay any number of times. Standard configurations are all predetermined configurations available in the Widgets process assistant. When changing the configuration the Widget will be transformed into a charged Premium Widget.   Beyond that, all Widgets of the category Content are generally freely available.

2.2 Premium

The personalization of Widgets and all premium templates are liable to fees. This price is stated per month. The price will be debited on the day of the booking and then every 30 days up to cancellation. The respective premium service can be cancelled anytime. The duration of the contracts is 30 days each.

a) Fixed price

The fixed price is a price determined for all Widgets of a category, no matter how many projects are created.

•    Feedback: $ 4,95

b) Variable price

The price for MediaWidgets is dependent on the saved projects of a Widget category. The more projects are needed, the higher the effort and price will be. Available MediaWidgets are:

The monthly costs for projects are per Widget-category:

•    10 Projekte:    $   4,80
•    25 Projekte:    $ 10,80
•    50 Projekte:    $ 20,40
•    100 Projekte: $ 38,40
•    250 Projekte: $ 84,00

You may cancel your premium tariff over your profile in the Supreme Manager online anytime. Please consider that performances and projects therein will be deleted with the cancellation.

2.3 Saving period

The booked Widget-projects are available throughout the duration of a premium tariff. In case of the free offers, Supreme reserves the right to delete the projects after one year. Supreme reserves the right to limit the memory amount.
The Widgets are valid up to the end of the current duration after cancellation. Please pay attention that they will no longer work after that.

3. Supreme Shops

The Shop is an independent Shop-system with eBay connection. With the first installation, the eBay item of a seller are automatically imported and illustrated. Own Shop-articles can be created from eBay articles with only a few clicks, which can then be sold directly to customers using a virtual shopping cart. Beyond that new articles for the Shop can also be created. Payment is done via an external payment provider (e.g.  Paypal), advance payment, invoice, or cash on delivery.

3.1 Tariff modules

a) Free of charge

The basic version of the Supreme Shops is completely free of charge and can be used without limitations.

•    Unlimited traffic
•    Free Shop-designs

b) Premium

In the future, premium modules are offered that you can book additionally. The exact scope of performance of the individual packages can be viewed at shop.supreme.com. The respective subscription price will be booked on the day of the booking and then every 30 days up to cancellation. The premium service can be cancelled conveniently anytime. The duration of the contract is 30 days. Please consider then that therein-contained services and projects are deleted at the end of the current 30-day duration with cancellation.

Of course, services supplied by partners like Paypal or Moneybookers are liable to charges.

3.2 Saving period

The Shop is available from the creation to cancellation including the integrated content. Content that was uploaded in the framework of services of the premium service are also deleted again with the cancellation of the package. Supreme reserves the right to limit the memory amount per Shop or fully delete inactive Shops.

4. Supreme Manager

The Supreme Manager is the main administration unit of the Supreme products: Shop, Widgets and Auction (Design). The Supreme Manager displays respectively automatically imports projects from Supreme as well as articles from eBay.

4.1 Function areas

a) Shop

The Manager is the main administration element for the Shop. All articles and sales processes can be controlled with the Manager. The Manager also manages the Shop-pages, news, media and user comments. In addition there are all design and other settings to individually adapt and operate the Shop.

b) Widget

Supreme Widget projects can be administered conveniently with the Manager and be called up for modification from there.

c) Auction

The Manager administers all projects created with Supreme Auction in the different statuses.

The Manager retrieves current data from eBay and offers integrated functions of PayPal (payment balance) and DHL (shipping) beyond that. The Supreme Manager also automatically imports current eBay articles. The data sets can be used as basis for new Supreme offers.

4.2 Tariff modules

The Supreme Manager is free of charge. Supreme reserves the right to implement new additional functions liable to a charge, or to limit existing functions.

5. Supreme Facebook

The Supreme Facebook application shows eBay activities of a user as a status report on Facebook. The user must approve of the application on Facebook and subsequently link it to his eBay accounts. There are different options available concerning which information should be shown on Facebook.

The Supreme Facebook application is completely free of charge for private and commercial users. Supreme reserves the right to implement new additional functions liable to charges, or to limit existing functions.

6. Supreme Twitter

Supreme Tweet is a Twitter application that shows the eBay activities of a user as news. The user must sign in, approve of the application on Twitter, and subsequently link it to his eBay accounts. There are different options available concerning which information should be shown on Twitter.

This application is completely free of charge for private and commercial users. Supreme reserves the right to implement new additional functions liable to charges, or to limit existing functions.
